| Abstract | The main objective of this paper is to conduct a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the impact of COVID-19 on access to water and sanitation. Based on the findings, fiscal policy measures will be recommended that will ensure a faster and more sustainable recovery of the economy following the outbreak of COVID-19. Many people still do not have access to reliable water and sanitation services, which has widened with the outbreak of the pandemic. |
