Abstract
This report is part of a broader study to determine the relationship between migration and social service delivery. The main part of this research is a province-wide quantitative survey and the questions in the survey are posed as to decipher the extent to which the availability of social services attracts residents of other provinces to the Western Cape Province, and how this influx impacts on service delivery. My contribution in this study is by means of comparative case studies in two places, namely George and Delft.
