Abstract
The study zeroes in on an important but neglected issue ofHIV/AIDS provisioning for the elderly in Ghana. The paper aimed to bring to the fore the invisibility of the elderly in accessing intervention services. This was done based on the framework of Devereux and Cook (2000), 'Does Social Policy Meet Social Needs '? Constraints that the elderly PL WHAs encounter are illuminated. Alternative ways of service provisioning and non-contributory pensions have been advocated for. These mechanisms when put in place, it is believed, will enhance the inclusion of the elderly
