Co-producing urban knowledge in Angola and Mozambique: Towards meeting SDG 11

The Project Co-producing urban knowledge in Angola and Mozambique through community-led data collection: Towards meeting SDG 11, conducted surveys in Luanda, Angola and Maputo Mozambique, collecting data to inform research on meeting the goals for SDG 11 on Sustainable Cities and Communities. The survey is called the Sustainable Cities Survey and ran in 2018 in Luanda and 2019 in Maputo. The Project is based at the African Centre for Cities, University of Cape Town. Data collection in the two cities was funded by the LIRA 2030 Africa Programme, implemented by the International Science Council (ISC) in partnership with the Network of African Science Academies (NASAC) with support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
